Planning Board Meetings

Unless otherwise indicated, all regular meetings of the Cape May Point Planning Board shall be held via Zoom on the dates indicated in the annual notice.  The Board reserves the right to give notice of alternative means and methods for “hybrid” participation both remotely and in-person at the Cape May Point Volunteer Fire Company located at 412 Yale Avenue, Second Floor Meeting Room, Cape May Point, New Jersey.  The monthly agenda will recite the means of access to the hearing along with the appropriate signin credentials and will also contain a direct link to the meeting.  All hearings and meetings shall commence at 7:00 pm and conclude no later than 11:00 p.m. Unless otherwise specifically provided by law, the meetings are open to the public. 

Any applications scheduled for hearing during a ZOOM meeting may be viewed at the municipal office during office hours.
