• Rental Permit Application

The Code Enforcement Officer enforces all non-police and non-zoning Borough codes.  This includes: rental licenses, dog licenses, work-site standards, peace and good order, among others.

Rental Fire Inspections are required annually before obtaining a rental permit.  These inspections can be done any time after January.  PLEASE consider having your rental fire inspection done early!  If you wait until June, there is a chance that you can’t get an appointment.  Property owners MUST CALL AHEAD TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.  Same day appointments aren’t always available, particularly as it gets closer to the deadline.
