Trash and Recycling is picked up curbside every Monday by Pineland Construction.  To ensure pick-up, all trash and recycling containers may be placed at the curb between 3:00 pm Sunday and no later than 5:30 am Monday morning.  The containers must be removed from the front of the property by 7 pm Monday.  If you have any questions or complaints about your trash/recycling pick up, please contact Pineland Construction at 609-263-1997.

Leaf bags are picked up curbside every Tuesday, and are not to exceed 30 lbs.

Branches are picked up curbside every Wednesday and do not have to be placed in bags or bundled.

Bulk Trash pickup can be scheduled by calling the Borough's main number at 609-884-8468 extension 10. Each property is allowed two bulk items, twice a year. Bulk trash DOES NOT include: small items that can go in your regular trash, air conditioners, tree stumps, yard waste, cast iron, metal pipes, demolition or construction material, car parts, electronics, paint and household hazardous waste.

Household trash, recycling, and bulk items can also be disposed of at the Cape May County Transfer Station (650 Shunpike Road, Burleigh). For hours of operation and items accepted at the Transfer Station, please click here: Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority.
